With the changes to the PUCT rules around disconnect timelines for AMS meters we just want to verify what each TDSP will expect in regards to date requested.
Oncor and CenterPoint: • If DNP received without requested date then AMS would default to same day request and Non-AMS will default to current process (which is 2 Business Days from date of receipt) • If the CR populates the requested date there are two options: o Populate requested date according to whether it is AMS or Non-AMS with the appropriate notice applied o Populate all DNPs as same day: TDSP will work AMS as same day and will automatically scooch for Non-AMS the date to include 2 business days notice Need to get input from AEP and TNMP. Jennifer will take a look at the RMG to see if there is a place (or a need) to outline this processing.
