Discussed possible solutions for CR measurement of when the TDPS received Service Orders (specifically reconnects in order to prove compliance with PUCT rules). Suggestion was made that the NAESB acknowledgment timestamp to evaluate. Jennifer is going to evaluate the recommendation and may bring feedback to next meeting.

Description:
We need a way to better track how quickly Disconnects and Reconnects are worked. Currently there is not a time stamp to show exactly when the TDSP received the transaction. We would like to explore possible solutions. One might be adding a date/time stamp within the 997 acknowledgment to show when the transaction was received at the recipient’s gateway.
Reason:
With the tighter timelines around AMS ESI IDs we are finding it difficult to measure to the granularity that is necessary.
