Description:
Would like to add an element on the 867_03 transaction for DRG. There have been inconsistencies with using the ignore flag as the identifier for DRG 867_03 transactions.
Reason:
When CR receives the initial DRG usage into the system the transaction fails because the system is unable to distinguish the generation meter type. This causes an issue because we have to manually place a DRG identifier on each meter type. Would like an 867_03 transaction to identify and process DRG usage without error.
