814_05s are being received with the meter type blank and missing the meter number. The meter is never sent in subsequent 814_20s. This causes billing to fail since we are missing the meter.
TX SET requested that TXU send examples to each of the TDSPs affected for investigation. TX SET also questioned if a TX SET Issue should have been created since it appears that this should have been handled thru a MarkeTrak issue or direct contact with each TDSP.

Appears to only occur when the meter type is AMSR. We are seeing this occur for ESI IDs from multiple TDUs
Reason:
ERCOT’s MIS shows the transaction as missing the meter type, but their settlement system still shows the AMSR type -- causing out of sync conditions between ERCOT systems
