More specifically, it revises the length of the comment period for newly submitted VCMRRs from 7 to 14 days; requires review of all VCMRR Impact Analyses by WMS; aligns the process for submission and review of Urgent VCMRRs with other revision request types; expands the list of VCMRRs requiring ERCOT Board approval; and provides additional general revisions to mirror the ERCOT Protocols and Market Guides. These process changes were discussed at the 8/25/16 TAC/TAC Subcommittee Structural and Procedural Review, the 9/29/16 TAC meeting, and the 10/10/16 HR & Governance Committee meeting. |
