Notice of Suspension of Operations

Upon receipt of a Notification under Section 3.14.1.1, Notification of Suspension of Operations, per 3.14.1.2(1) ERCOT shall post the NSO on the ERCOT website, except in the case of a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) submitted due to a Forced Outage that is not indefinitely or permanently ceasing operation, and provide electronic notice to all registered Market Participants of the NSO and of the posting on the MIS Secure Area of existing relevant studies and data.
