The EDP leadership team provides a wealth of combined energy industry experience and a vested interest in developing and equipping new engineers for careers at ERCOT. The program's goal is to provide the company with well-rounded, productive engineers who will become future industry leaders. Having a motivated EDP management team keeps our mission of a reliable grid at the forefront of our efforts.

Bill has a considerable amount of experience in power systems operations. His goal is to give back to the program and continue to develop great EDP graduates.
The Engineer Development Program is a 12- to 16-month, self-paced program geared toward entry-level engineers looking to start a career in the power industry. Applications are accepted year-round.
