Texas SET Guides Version 1.5

This version of the Texas SET guides added various changes to Texas SET transactions and the addition of many new reject reasons and reject codes.  Two new transactions were implemented:  814_28, Completed Unexecutable or Permit Required and 814_29, Response Completed Unexecutable or Permit Required.  It was implemented in April, 2003.
