Texas SET Guides Version 2.0

This version of the Texas SET guides implemented business processes for stacking, the method that allows Retail Electric Providers (REPs), ERCOT, and Transmission Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) to process multiple, non-sequential transactions concurrently on a single ESI ID.  It was implemented in September, 2004.
